Villa Marin offers a wide range of cultural, educational, and recreational events to our residents. Most activities in the building are included in your fee. Outside excursions are available for additional cost. Some of the past activities include Wine Country tours, Giants baseball games, Broadway shows, exploring Bay Area back roads, private museum tours in San Francisco, trips to Yosemite, and visits to the Marin & SF Ballet & Symphony.
Meals
Your fees include one meal of your choice each day in our dining room, with the option to add other daily meals. Our food is prepared by professional chefs.
Security
24-hour on-site security, emergency pull-cord system for medical assistance, and secure underground parking which protects both you and your car from the elements.
Transportation
Our full-time driver offers transportation services to medical appointments, local shopping and attractions.
Housekeeping
Your condo is thoroughly cleaned and linens are changed weekly by your housekeeper.
Services & Utilities
Your monthly fee includes the maintenance of the heating and air conditioning unit in your condo, maintenance of the building exterior doors, windows, roof, grounds, and all interior common areas. Hot and cold water, garbage and recycling, building fire insurance are also included.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the lobby and adjacent common areas.
On-Site Medical Care
Villa Marin offers medical care in our clinic. We also have fully licensed personal care and skilled nursing facilities on site. Should you need medical assistance, it's just a few moments away, day or night. Under current medical contracts, 180 lifetime days are included to stay in the on-site health center in the Skilled Nursing or Personal Care unit.
Homeowner Opportunities
All Villa Marin homeowners are members of its homeowner's association and have the opportunity to participate in making decisions in managing community operations and activities.
