Dr. Laurence Friedman, Medical Director At Villa Marin, we offer a wide range of medical services to our residents. We offer both skilled nursing and a personal care unit. The personal care unit is available for someone who needs a little but of help getting through the day, but are mostly independent. Our skilled nursing is available for the individual who needs help bathing, dressing, eating, and/or needs a higher level of medical care. Under the current medical contract, each resident is eligable for 180 lifetime days in the Health Center. The 180 days are available for any combination of skilled nursing or Personal Care days. After the 180 days are expired, continued care is also available for a monthly fee. Additional Medical Service services include: • 31 Licensed Skilled Nursing Beds |
